A little bit about the position:
The VP of Marketing will be a vital piece to our leadership team. They will be responsible for project management, brand strategy, strategic planning, and marketing communications.
What you can expect in the role:
- Manages third-party marketing vendors – digital marketing, SEO, website, etc. ensuring strong ROI on external spend.
- Develop accretive relationships with managers, providers, and other staff across 11 HKB locations.
- Manages and develops the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Prepares and presents reports on the status of marketing campaigns to leadership.
- Creates and manages graphic design for the practice through email, social media, print, etc.
- Coordinates new product and service launches.
- Develops, implements, and manages onsite and offsite marketing events including but not limited to lunch and learns, after hours’ events, and annual Beauty Bash.
- Coordinates all sponsorship opportunities.
- Manages marketing budget with strategic plan development for upcoming years.
- Coordinates continuous competitive analysis updates for all represented marketing channels.
- Recommends and implements focused marketing strategies to maximize growth for practice within marketing channels.
- Coordinates and manages website updates and postings and all materials that are presented to the public in a timely manner.
- Analyzes, recommends, and coordinates the implementation of overall image/awareness marketing campaigns and public relations.
- Implements E-commerce marketing through online channels.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 5+ years marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Successful track record managing the marketing function at a small to medium sized company with multiple locations.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Industry experience a plus.
- Up to 40% travel required.
