The Mgr Brand Marketing is responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth, implementing brand marketing plans. The brand marketing manager will develop and execute all aspect of brand marketing campaigns, including strategy, messaging, advertising, media strategy and digital activations. They will also dive deep into performance data to help inform campaign optimizations and creative insights, including reporting on all metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in brand marketing, especially with experience managing a large portfolio of products/services, required.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Experience working with media, digital and advertising agencies
- Demonstrated ability to articulate business objectives into strategic brand marketing ideas, using data and statistics
- Media planning and buying experience across all channels
- Strong persuasive writing skills, with a knack for creative thinking
- Budget management skills, including experience with media budgets
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and significant experience working cross functionally – should be able to collaborate closely peers on brand marketing
- Leverages brand experience from past roles (brand architecture, positioning/messaging, naming, campaign development, governance and asset management)
- Strong work ethic and a take-charge attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software
