As we expand, we are seeking dedicated Account Managers to oversee onboarding, foster client relationships, and ensure customer success. The Account Manager will lead the onboarding process, manage client relationships post-implementation, and drive ongoing client satisfaction and success. This role is crucial for ensuring clients effectively utilize the vQuip platform and achieve measurable results.

Essential Functions:

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our businesses and fostering relationships directly with all of our vQuip clients/businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct assessments of rental facilities’ systems and workflows.
  • Develop tailored implementation plans to meet client needs.
  • Work with onboarding team to successfully onboard new clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive training for client staff.
  • Occasionally travel to assist with implementations and provide hands-on training.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting during onboarding.
  • Create user guides and training materials for post-implementation support.
  • Gather client feedback to improve the platform and processes.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams for enhancements.
  • Manage client inquiries and support during business hours and designated weekends (paid overtime for weekend hours).
  • Lead servicing chats and calls during business hours.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • 1-5 years of outstanding performance in a customer relationship management or account management role (not necessarily in insurance).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and regularly meets deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Quickly processes information and accepts responsibility for results.
  • Highest level of customer relations, client servicing, and client onboarding to effect profitable results.
  • Highest level of interpersonal skills to facilitate team building and resource management.
  • Proficient with office productivity software tools including Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, PDF tools, and email management platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and knowledge considered.
  • Ability to travel extensively. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 (Commensurate with experience)
